Ida is a Program Manager of the EU Presidency Project at CONCORD Sweden, the National Platform for more than 80 Swedish CSOs working with development policy. Before CONCORD Sweden, Ida has worked for two other platforms of Swedish CSOs. At the National Youth Council managing the development cooperation program, and at ForumCiv with strategy and organizational development.

Ida Ragnarsson is committed to empowering civil society and ensuring its voices are heard. To this effect, Ida has also worked as a consultant across a range of civil society organisations on organizational development projects and group facilitation. And on a voluntary basis, she is on the Board of the Swedish Burma Committee, volunteers as a group leader for the Swedish Outdoor Association and holds a role in RFSU (IPPF’s Swedish member association).

She holds a Bachelors degree in Development Studies and Politics (SOAS, UK), and Masters degrees in African Studies (Oxford, UK) and Management (University West, Sweden).
