Blandine (she/her) is the Deputy Director for advocacy and institutional relations at Humanity & Inclusion (formerly Handicap International), an international NGO operating in contexts of conflict, humanitarian crisis and development in about 50 countries.
Throughout her career, Blandine has tried to make a difference to enable vulnerable people to uphold their rights, freedom and dignity and to build more inclusive and peaceful societies. At HI, she oversees the quality and evidence basis of HI global advocacy, as well as inclusive development advocacy, with a focus on the inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Blandine has extensive experience of EU-level policy influencing, on behalf of NGOs, and the private sector. She also worked for the UN and the French cooperation in the Middle East and Asia with programme management and strategic planning roles.
She holds Master degrees in French public law (Avignon, France), and European Studies (Sussex, UK)

Active in different groups of CONCORD since 2008, and a former member of CONCORD Secretariat, Blandine was elected to the Board in June 2021.
