Requirements

• Experience in product management and development, preferably in startups or similar fast-paced environments.
• Experience in conducting user research, including various interview techniques and usability testing.
• Good at using analytics tools to gather and analyze data, and able to get useful insights.
• Proven ability to identify problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Experience with video editing software or similar products, and good understanding of user needs and industry trends is a big advantage.
• Basic understanding and/or experience of software development processes/ coding is a big advantage.
• Proven ability to manage product development projects, from conception to launch, making sure they're done on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to clearly communicate with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps, aligning with company goals and user needs.
• Conduct market research to understand market and customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Conduct various types of interviews (e.g., user interviews, focus group interviews, usability testing, etc) to gain deeper insights into customer preferences and behaviors.
• Improve user engagement and retention by analyzing user feedback and behavior, and coming up with creative and innovative ideas to increase user engagement rates.
• Use key metrics to track the success of new features, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product performance.
• Manage product development projects, including defining requirements, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
